Image and Color Details
The engraving appearance varies depending on the cup color. Lighter colors work best for detailed images, such as Anime designs or designs with small faces. Darker colors may create a "negative" effect. Each cup is individually engraved, so slight variations in design size, image placement, and appearance may occur based on cup brand, size, and style.
Cup Quality
While we strive to select high-quality cups, some may come with minor imperfections from the manufacturer, or lids that don’t align as desired. These factors are beyond our control, as we only engrave the cups and do not manufacture them.
Care Instructions
To preserve the engraving, we recommend hand washing instead of using a dishwasher, even if labeled dishwasher safe. Avoid abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the design. These cups are NOT microwave safe.
Lid Handling
When removing or tightening the lid, hold the cup by its body or base. Avoid using the handle to tighten or loosen, as this can cause it to loosen or break over time.
