Frequently asked questions
We currently do not accept customer-supplied tumblers for engraving. This helps us
maintain quality and avoid issues with unknown materials or coatings that may not
engrave well. We only engrave on cups we source directly.
At this time, we only engrave on tumblers we source directly—Stanley, Yeti, and Owala.
This ensures consistent quality and reliable engraving results.
We totally get it—life happens! If you need to tweak your order, just reach out to us within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your item might already be in production, and changes may not be possible. Once engraved, items can’t be modified or refunded. So, double-check your picks before checkout—we want you to absolutely love what you get!
Cup color plays a big role in the final engraving appearance.
Lighter-colored tumblers (like white, cream, or light pink) show fine details
more clearly and work best for intricate designs.
Darker tumblers (like black, red or navy) may create a high-contrast or
“inverted” look, which can affect how certain designs appear.
While some of the cup brands we use may be labeled dishwasher safe, we highly
recommend hand washing only to protect the engraving. Dishwashers can fade or
damage engraved designs over time. For best results and long-lasting quality, hand
wash with mild soap and water.
Nope, your tumbler isn’t microwave-safe. Most are made of stainless steel, which can spark or cause damage in the microwave. For your safety, always keep it out of there!
We do not recommend using abrasive products on your tumbler. Harsh scrubbers,
steel wool, or gritty cleaners can damage the engraved design and the finish of the cup.
For best results, hand wash with a soft cloth or sponge and mild soap.
Absolutely! We love adding that personal touch. Most designs can include a name—just
leave your request at checkout, and we’ll make it match the design perfectly.
Our tumblers are crafted from tough stainless steel, but accidents happen! Drops might cause dents, scratches, or lid damage, though the engraving usually stays intact. If you hear metal rattling inside after a drop, stop using it—it could mean the insulation’s compromised. Safety first! If that’s the case, it’s time to replace your tumbler.
Absolutely! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking info. Don’t forget to peek into your spam or promotions folder—just in case it sneaks in there!
Bulk pricing typically starts at 10 tumblers or more. The discount may vary based on
the quantity, design complexity, and turnaround time. For a personalized quote, please
contact us with your order details.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Affirm, and Afterpay. Got a bulk or company order? We might be able to offer invoicing—just ask us!
