Frequently asked questions
We currently do not accept customer-supplied tumblers for engraving. This helps us
maintain quality and avoid issues with unknown materials or coatings that may not
engrave well. We only engrave on cups we source directly.
At this time, we only engrave on tumblers we source directly—Stanley, Yeti, and Owala.
This ensures consistent quality and reliable engraving results.
We get it—things happen! If you need to change your order, please contact us within
24 hours of placing it. After that, your item may already be in production, and we may
not be able to make any changes. Once an item is engraved, it cannot be modified or
refunded.
Please double-check your selections before checking out—we want to make sure you
get exactly what you love!
Cup color plays a big role in the final engraving appearance.
Lighter-colored tumblers (like white, cream, or light pink) show fine details
more clearly and work best for intricate designs.
Darker tumblers (like black, red or navy) may create a high-contrast or
“inverted” look, which can affect how certain designs appear.
While some of the cup brands we use may be labeled dishwasher safe, we highly
recommend hand washing only to protect the engraving. Dishwashers can fade or
damage engraved designs over time. For best results and long-lasting quality, hand
wash with mild soap and water.
No, your tumbler is not microwave safe. Most tumblers are made of stainless steel,
which can cause sparks or damage in a microwave. For safety reasons, always keep
your cup out of the microwave.
We do not recommend using abrasive products on your tumbler. Harsh scrubbers,
steel wool, or gritty cleaners can damage the engraved design and the finish of the cup.
For best results, hand wash with a soft cloth or sponge and mild soap.
Absolutely! We love adding that personal touch. Most designs can include a name—just
leave your request at checkout, and we’ll make it match the design perfectly.
Our tumblers are made from durable stainless steel, but drops can still cause dents,
scratches, or lid damage. The engraving typically won’t be affected.
However, if you hear metal rattling inside after a drop, do not drink from the
cup. This could mean the insulation has been compromised, and it’s no longer safe for
use. In that case, we recommend discontinuing use and replacing the tumbler.
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking
