Therefore, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any items. This helps us
maintain our commitment to quality and a personalized customer experience.

Order Changes
Because some colors and sizes are limited, we’re unable to make changes once your
order is placed. Please double-check your selections before checking out. We want to
make sure you get exactly what you love!
Turn Around Time
We’re a small-but-mighty mom-and-daughters team, and every order is made with care!
Our standard processing time is 7–14 business days for regular orders, and up to 3
weeks for custom designs.
Weekends and holidays are not included in this estimate.
This doesn’t include shipping, so be sure to factor that in when planning your order.

Shipping Details
We provide free USPS ground shipping on all orders! Expedited shipping options are
also available for an additional fee.
Estimated ground shipping times:
o West Coast: 3-5 business days
o Midwest: 3-6 business days
o East Coast: 4-7 business days
o Hawaii: Could take up to 2 weeks. We will choose the best shipping
option
Image and Color Details
Laser engraving isn’t a one-look-fits-all process! The final result can vary depending on
your cup’s color. Lighter cups are ideal for detailed designs, like Anime characters or
tiny facial features, because they really let the detail pop. Darker cups may create more
of a bold or “negative” effect.
Each tumbler is laser-engraved individually, so you might notice slight variations
in design size, placement, or appearance based on the cup’s brand, size, and shape.
It’s all part of the custom charm!
Care Instructions
To keep your custom cup looking its best, we recommend hand washing only, even if
the cup says it’s dishwasher safe. Dishwashers and abrasive cleaners can dull or
damage the engraved design over time.
And a quick heads-up: these cups are NOT microwave safe. Treat them with a little
extra love, and they’ll be your favorite sidekick for years to come!
Lid Handling
When taking the lid off or screwing it back on, always hold the cup by the body or
base, not the handle. Using the handle to twist can cause it to loosen or break over
time, and we definitely don’t want that! A little care goes a long way in keeping your cup
in tip-top shape.
